Curriculum Specialist [RKI-0004]


  • Design, develop and implement school-wide holistic and age-appropriate bilingual preschool curriculum and learning environment
  • Develop and provide training courses to teaching staff for curriculum implementation at all the centres
  • Monitor the curriculum implementation process and exercise control quality at all the centres according to the school curriculum guidelines
  • Understand the training needs of staff at different levels, and arrange staff to attend appropriate internal or external training programmes for their upgrade
  • Liaise and communicate with ECDA/MOE on curriculum issues, and participate in industry meetings and forums to continuously improve school's curriculum


  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (Written and Spoken)
  • High sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage and lead a team
  • Basic computer skills in Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Internet


  • Minimum Degree in Early Childhood Education or its equivalent, and preferably with a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE - Teaching or Leadership)
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in curriculum planning, development and training in early childhood
